This season we have embedded more forms and information into our registration process.  Before you start registering your player please have the following items ready.

• 2024-2025 USA Hockey Member Number for each player (See Below)
• Image of Birth Certificate to be uploaded to the website (this confirms your players age)
• Debit or Credit Card for payment (Full Payment or 6 Month Payment Plan Options)
• If your player has a Wisconsin address you will need a completed Inter-player Release form to be uploaded to the website for approval.  You can upload it during the registration process. Click the image to download the form.
• If you would like to request your child play at a level higher than your child's birth year or grade level fill you will need to fill out the Play Up Request Form below.

• 6U/Mini-Mite Co-Ed (June 1, 2017 to May 31, 2019)  

          Youth ages 5, 6, & 7 (PreK, Kindergarten & 1st Grade)

          $150 Early Bird; $200 September 1st

  8U/Mite Co-Ed (June 1, 2015 to May 31, 2017) 

           Youth ages 7, 8, & 9 (2nd, 3rd, & 4th Grade). 

           $150 Early Bird; $200 September 1st

  10U Girls Only (June 1, 2013 to May 31, 2015) 

          Youth ages 9, 10, & 11 (4th, 5th & 6th Grade)

          $250 Early Bird; $350 September 1st

  10U/Squirt Co-Ed (June 1, 2013 to May 31, 2015) 

           Youth ages 9, 10, & 11 (4th, 5th & 6th Grade)

           $250 Early Bird; $350 September 1st

  12U Girls Only (June 1, 2010 to May 31, 2013) 

           Youth ages 11, 12, 13, & 14 (6th, 7th & 8th Grade)

          *This age level can be older than 13 due to a new rule passed by MN Hockey 

          $350 Early Bird; $450 September 1st

  12U/Peewee Co-Ed  (June 1, 2011 to May 31, 2013) 

          Youth ages 11, 12 & 13 (6th, 7th & 8th Grade)

           $350 Early Bird; $450 September 1st

  14U/Bantam Co-Ed (June 1, 2009 to May 31, 2011) 

           Youth ages 13, 14, & 15 (8th, 9th, & 10th)

          $450 Early Bird; $550 September 1st 

• *Any younger than the age levels listed or new to ice skating should list the Learn To Skate Registration page on the WAYHA website.

1st payment due at time of registration, remaining payments due monthly September 15th thru January 15th
